Red And Green Stereogram
Training Purpose:
Improve the accommodation facility, maintain the stereo vision at different convergence and dispersion levels, and experience the feeling of small and near, large and far under the binocular stereo vision.
Training Equipment:
Red and green glasses, red and green stereogram, optical flipper with sphere lens
Training steps:
① Place the red and green stereogram at a close distance, and the patient wears red and green glasses.
② After wearing red and green glasses, the patient observe the red and green stereogram until the visual mark fused. If the patient can not see the fusion image, the red and green stereogram can be moved back and forth several times until the fusion position is found and fixed.
③ Ensure that the patient can see the small ring floating out or into the large ring.
④ Use the ± 0.50 flipper to give the patient enough time to maintain clear vision.
⑤ Continuously use the flipper for about 1 minute.
⑥ Adjust the position of the red and green stereogram and continue to use the flipper until the patient reports that the small ring floats or the object image is blurred.
⑦ Return the red and green stereogram to the original position, repeat the above steps, and use the flipper continuously at each position for 1 minute.
⑧ Use ± 1.00, ± 1.50, ± 2.00, ± 2.50D flipper respectively and repeat the above steps.
Indications: Accommodation Insufficiency, Poor Maintenance Of Accommodation and Accommodation Malfunction
