Dynamic Retinoscopy
Dynamic Retinoscopy
1. The examinee's far ametropia was completely corrected.
2. The distance between the ophthalmoscope and the tested eye is 40cm. The examination room maintains normal lighting. An additional myopia label card is pasted next to the peephole of the ophthalmoscope. The previous line of myopia chart card is selected according to the best near vision of the tested eye. First measure the right eye and the rear left eye.
3. Ask the tested eye to look at the myopia watch card through the correction lens, use the vertical projection light belt to observe the reflected light shadow of the tested eye's retina, and use the array lens to neutralize the shadow.
4. When the reflected light of the retina of the tested eye moves smoothly, the positive spherical lens is added until the reflected light is neutralized, and the added positive spherical lens is the accmmodation lag; When the reflected light of the retina of the tested eye moves smoothly, add a negative spherical lens until the reflected light is neutralized. The added negative spherical lens is to accmmodation lead.
5. Because the dynamic refractive state is uncertain, the examiner must quickly judge the nature of the retinal reflex and determine the adjustment response with the help of the rack set and the fast reducing of spherical lens.
