One Click Ventures, an online prescription and nonprescription glasses retailer founded in 2005 by husband and wife team, Randy and Angie Stocklin, has been acquired by the multinational eyewear company FGX International.

One Click says it will continue to operate as a standalone business and will maintain its existing Greenwood Indiana operations. CEO and co-founder Randy Stocklin will continue to lead the company.
