Presbyopia Matching Method And Steps 5
For customers who cannot accept the swimming phenomenon and blur caused by the gradual focal eye image dispersion area and are unwilling to take the initiative to adapt, double light lenses can be used as a transition, or they can be directly selected according to the use needs.
What should customers who do not accept gradient focus glasses do?
Progressive Trial Frame
Vision Card
Progressive Lenses
Inspection steps:
1. First, check far ametropia and near lower refraction.
2. Select the corresponding trial frame according to the distance of the far pupil, insert the far photometric test piece into the outer slot of the trial frame, find the corresponding or close to the double light gradient test piece of the lower photometric, distinguish the left and right eyes, and insert them into the inner slot of the trial frame respectively. Align the horizontal scribed line with the horizontal line of 0 ~ 180 degrees.
3. Ask the customer to sit down, look straight ahead and adjust the height of the trial frame so that the horizontal score is tangent to the lower eyelid edge of the customer.
4. First experience whether the far vision is clear, then take out the near vision card, lower it slightly, and find the clearest position by swinging the head up and down to experience whether the near vision is clear.
5. After experiencing clear vision, experience the existence of astigmatism area along the periphery of the sub film. If you can't see clearly, turn your head or move the sight mark to adjust to a clear position.
For customers who have the need of long-distance and short-distance alternating gaze, who do not accept the gradient focal lens, or who use it as flat light for the distance, wear it for the first time, and the lower brightness is too high, so it is difficult to adapt to the gradient focal lens, they can directly choose the dual optical lens.
Generally, customers who learn and adapt to the use of bifocals will be more receptive to the use of gradient focus glasses.
