Refractive Amblyopia Case Analysis

The mother of the 5-year-old child found that the child watched the TV station very close, and the children's books were also pasted very close. The child had no previous ophthalmic examination, and had no obvious systemic disease and medication history. The inspection results are as follows:

Worth 4-point examination: no inhibition in both eyes

Binocular stereopsis: None

Fixation nature: central fixation

The preliminary diagnosis of this child is typical ametropic amblyopia
