Usage Of LCD Vision Chart
The commonly used visual acuity testing tool for LCD vision charts is generally used by hospitals, ophthalmic clinics, eyewear shops, and other institutions. The following are the basic usage methods:
1. Adjust the screen clarity and brightness to ensure a better display effect, allowing for more accurate display of letters and numbers.
2. Have the subject sit about 2 meters away from the screen, look directly at the screen, keep their eyes perpendicular to the screen, and align their eye height with the center of the screen.
3. Ask the tested person to follow the prompts and report the symbols they see to the testing personnel.
4. Record the minimum standard symbol size visible to the subject and the corresponding visual acuity value to determine the subject's visual condition.
5. The test should be conducted in a comfortable environment as much as possible and should not be subjected to or accept other interference.
It should be noted that the LCD vision chart is only used as a visual inspection tool. If there are symptoms related to vision diseases, it is best to go to the relevant ophthalmic institution for detailed examination in a timely manner.
