Visual Rehabilitation Training Of Accommodation Function By Changing Fixation

Training Purpose:Improve the visual acuity and accommodation facility

Training Equipment: Far vision card and color fixation ring        

Indications: Patient with abnormal accommodation reaction

Training Steps:

① Correction of far ametropia.

② Place the vision card on the wall at the same level as the patient's eyes.

③ The patient should stay away from the vision card as far as possible, but make sure to see it clearly.

④ Stand facing the vision card, one foot in front and one foot behind, so that you can swing back and forth to see

the vision card.

⑤ Look at the first letter on the visual acuity chart clearly, and quickly transfer to the gaze ring on the left until you

can see it clearly.

⑥ Turn your eyes back to the second letter and see it clearly as soon as possible.

⑦ Quickly shift your attention to the gaze ring on the right until you can see it clearly.

⑧ Turn your eyes back to the third letter and see it clearly as soon as possible. Switch quickly every 5 seconds

and try to maintain a fixed rhythm.

⑨ The patient moves away slowly during training.

⑩ Training for 5 ~ 10 minutes each time, 1 ~ 2 times a day.
