Visual Rehabilitation Training Of Binocular Convergence Function By Red Green Stereogram
Red green stereogram is to achieve the purpose of binocular vision separation through red and green or polarization, and use the similar pictures seen by both eyes to stimulate the fusion of both eyes after binocular vision separation, so as to form a stereoscopic image, so as to achieve the purpose of binocular fusion and visual rehabilitation training. There are two kinds of red green stereogram: fixed vector graph and variable vector graph. The red green fixed vector graph is mainly used for sensory fusion image function rehabilitation training, and the red green variable vector graph is mainly used for convergence and dispersion function visual rehabilitation training.
The visual rehabilitation training of convergence and dispersion function with red and green stereogram is realized by horizontal separation of pictures or change of fixation distance of patients. When the fixation distance is 50cm and the separation distance of pictures is 5mm, the effect of 1 △ is just produced. The farther the patient's gaze distance, the greater the separation distance required to achieve 1 △ convergence and dispersion.
To produce the bottom out prism effect, you can separate the polarizer horizontally, move the left to the right and the right to the left. To produce a bottom inward prism effect, move the polarizer on the left to the left and the polarizer on the right to the right.
Different regulatory stimuli can be generated by moving the picture back and forth. The closer to the patient, the greater the regulatory stimulus. All patients need multiple operations from 50cm to 2.5m to complete different prism effects.
Method:
① The patient was completely corrected for far ametropia and put on polarized or red green dichroic glasses.
② Take out two three-dimensional vector images and put them on the training rack. Put the one marked "R" in the front and the one marked "L" in the back. The vector image is 40cm away from the trainer to ensure the stability of sliding.
③ Align the scale pointer of the green card with the zero scale of the red card, fuse within 3 ~ 5 seconds, and maintain the fusion state for 10 seconds.
④ Open the card evenly at the speed of 2 △ / s, pull the red card to the right for collection training, and the lower scale is the collection separation amount; Pull the green card to the right for spreading training, and the upper scale is the amount of spreading separation. The maximum amount of aggregation can reach 30 △ bottom outward, and the amount of dispersion can reach 15 △ bottom inward.
⑤ Separate the two pictures to the maximum value as far as possible, and ensure that the patient's pictures are not divided into two and are always fused together. During collective training, the fused image will be closer and smaller; When the training is dispersed, the fused image will be farther and bigger. And patients will feel "small and close, large and far".
