It's exactly as stated on the description, I haven't tried practicing Retinoscopy with it yet but it feels firm and structured exactly as I'd imagine from a practice eye. You can give it a spherical error ranging from -5 to +4 dioptres by pulling the back out. There is space for 3 lenses in the front which is more than enough to slot a cylindrical lens to simulate astigmatism. There is a sticky residue that surrounds the back and I'm not sure if this is a lubricant and whether I need to reapply it later on or not, the instructions were in Chinese and don't include any information on caring for it. You can adjust iris size. I am most impressed with the delivery. It arrived within a week.
