It is very user-friendly, and a comprehensive user manual is provided with the package. The controls are simple to learn, and the shipping was expedited for me.

This is the second time we have ordered this product from Rightway. It worked so well in the first office for which we purchased one that we ordered two additional units for two of our other offices. The techs find that this unit it he most intuitive and easy to use of all the machines they have used, and the results have been very reliable. In addition, the transaction with Rightway could not be easier. Jim is extremely responsive and there have been absolutely no hassles with payment or shipping.

I'm an optometrist based in the US. I'm very impressed with this product. It has a lot of great features (easy to switch between diopters and mm on Ks; many options for customizing printouts, USB ports, memory of previous measurements, etc) and feels more compact than a lot of the other units I've used. The company was easy to work with and I received the device very quickly. My only complaint is that when I received it, I couldn't get the darn thing to slide around. Its got a giant "lock/unlock" lever on it, so I kept pointlessly flipping it back and forth and the thing was still locked in place. Low and behold there was a giant hex-key screw that had to be removed from the bottom of the unit before the stage would slide. Ultimately this is a good feature, especially for travel, but there was no mention of this screw anywhere, and I read the manual (which could use a little editing by a native English speaker, by the way). Overall, great product at an excellent price.
