Everything with the order went very well. The DDP shipment was completely handled by the selling party (Shanghai Top View), and the packages all showed up at my door as expected. As this was the first order I placed overseas, I was very appreciative that representatives of the company were always ready and willing to answer questions, provide updates, and send tracking information so I could follow the progress of the order. While it may cost a bit more to do the DDP, I would recommend it highly with Shanghai Top View. I've placed several other orders with other companies from China since I placed this one, and the others have not gone as smoothly. Even with additional fees for shipping and Trade Assurance, the cost for optometric equipment was significantly less than it would have been purchasing in the United States. I'd highly recommend this company based on my experience with them, and I will definitely check with them first when I need more equipment as my practice grows.

These lifting chairs are only borderline suitable for use in an exam room seeing patients. They are smaller than they appear in the picture, and do not raise up high enough for easy use with the standard optometric lane equipment in the United States. They do make good tech stools for tech areas or smaller rooms that need a sitting/waiting option (for a tech to sit on in a cramped visual field room or the tech side of an autorefractor).
