Three Level Visual Function Check With The Camera 1
Simultaneous visual examination of both eyes
1) The examinee's ametropia was completely corrected, the sitting position was comfortable, the head was fixed
on the jaw rest and the forehead, and the pupil distance and the height of the jaw rest were adjusted to make the
lens tubes on both sides suitable for the eyes.
2) Set all the scales on the two lens barrels to zero, place the scale on the lens barrel of the gazing eye at 0 °, and
place a pair of simultaneous viewing pictures in the picture slot of the left lens barrel respectively. The most
commonly used pictures are lion (tiger) and cage pictures.
3) Ask the subject to report whether the image is one picture or two pictures, and whether the two pictures
coincide.
4) Result judgment
If the subject states that he can only see one picture, it means that there is no binocular simultaneous vision
function, and there is monocular suppression. It is also possible that the subject has strabismus. At this time, the
angle of the eyepiece is inconsistent with the strabismus angle, and the subject cannot see the picture with the
strabismus. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the angle of the eyepiece to be consistent with the oblique angle
of the subject; If the subject sees two pictures at the same time, and the two pictures can completely coincide, it
indicates that the subject has the function of simultaneous vision of both eyes; If the examinee sees two pictures
but cannot completely coincide, it means that the examinee has binocular visual function at the same time but has
abnormal fusion, common strabismus problems, and eye position needs to be checked.
