Remote inspection

Steps:

(1) The diopter is normal or wear the universal trial frame with corresponding diopter lens inserted to complete diopter correction.

(2) Wear red-and-green glasses and turn on the projector to show the Worth 4 dot chart.Ask the examinee to look at the vision chart. 

(3) Identify and record results.

Close inspection

Steps:

(1)The diopter is normal or wear the universal trial frame with corresponding diopter lens inserted to complete diopter correction.

(2) Wear red-and-green glasses and turn on the worth 4 dot flash light  at a distance of 40㎝ from eyes.Ask the examinee to look at it.

(3) Identify and record results.
